Our treatments

routine-podiatry

Routine podiatry

Toenails cut and thinned, hard skin and corns taken down, and your feet checked over by an HCPC-registered podiatrist. The kind of care that keeps you walking comfortably, done properly and without fuss.

ingrown-toenails

Ingrown toenails

A nail edge growing into the skin is painful, and it easily becomes infected. It’s one of the most common problems we treat, and we can help at every stage: careful clearing of the nail edge, nail bracing without surgery, or permanent correction under local anaesthetic.

nail-surgery

Nail surgery

When an ingrown toenail keeps coming back, removing the troublesome edge for good is usually the answer. We do it in clinic under local anaesthetic, and the price includes two dressing appointments afterwards.

verrucas

Verruca treatment

Verrucas are warts on the foot, caused by the human papillomavirus. Many clear on their own in time; when one hurts, keeps spreading or simply won’t go, we can treat it, including with Verrutop.

corns-and-hard-skin

Corns and hard skin

Hard skin builds up wherever shoes, or the way you walk, put extra pressure on the foot. Left alone it thickens and cracks, and a corn can feel like walking on a stone. Removing them is quick and painless, and we’ll help you stop them coming back.

insoles-and-orthotics

Insoles and orthotics

The right insole can take pressure off a painful area, support a tired arch or change the way the foot moves. We look at your feet, your shoes and how you stand and walk before recommending anything.

nail-cutting

Toenail and fingernail cutting

If bending down, eyesight, arthritis or thick nails make cutting your own nails difficult, we’ll do it safely and leave them neat and comfortable.
